Refund Policy

Important notice

Because virtual goods usually cannot be recovered once delivered or redeemed, most digital products are not eligible for refunds. Please verify your account details carefully before purchasing.

2. Non-refundable items

The following items are generally not refundable once purchased and fulfilled:

  • E-commerce vouchers and coupons
  • Any virtual product that has already been used or consumed

3. Situations where refunds may be considered

Order not processed

If the order has not been fulfilled yet, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours of submission.

Duplicate charges caused by system error

If our system charges you more than once for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded.

Material mismatch

Payment failed but funds were deducted

Actual arrival time depends on the payment method and network or banking conditions. Crypto refunds are returned to the originating wallet when applicable.

  • Incorrect account information after submission: users are responsible for the accuracy of the provided account details
  • Used products: not refundable
  • Customer-requested cancellation: must be requested before fulfillment starts
  • Confirmed blockchain transfers: on-chain crypto transactions cannot be reversed

7. When refunds are denied

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • The product has already been used, redeemed, or consumed

  • The order is linked to fraud or unlawful activity
